MISSION

Executive Chef Katsuji Tanabe has partnered with Chef de Cuisine Matthew Parker to develop a menu where fresh, homemade, pastas and breads could be paired with spices and flavor profiles stretching far past simple “Italian food”. 

VISION

Imagine your favorite night out. It might begin with an expertly crafted cocktail, followed by a world renowned chef driven menu. After dinner drinks in a low lit atmosphere with music and those closest to you. This night used to have to exist in three different venues, but no longer. Flour & Barrel is Raleigh’s answer to the question — “imagine your favorite night out.”
